The winter vest for a baby is knitted with cotton thread, entirely crafted through alternating knit and purl stitches to create an elastic effect. Interestingly, all shirts of this type only differ in the decorative edge around the collar, made with crochet. A woven strip is threaded through the fabric of the collar.
